About the Role
As an Insurance Sales Representative at OneChanceNeeded Inc., you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients seeking protection for their families, homes, and businesses. You will consult with customers, understand their needs, and recommend tailored insurance solutions that provide genuine peace of mind.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage new clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Conduct needs assessments to identify coverage gaps
- Present and explain insurance products clearly
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams
- Stay current on product knowledge and industry regulations

- Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus
